HELP!!! ASAP!! EMERGENCY!!!

hi sO i am staying with my aunt and i JUST got my period three days early aND i woke up at like 4:30am aND BLED EVERY. FUCKING. WHERE. ALL OVER ME SO I RAN TO THE BATHROOM BUT IM SHARING A BED WORH MY COUSIN. I DIDNT CHECK THE BEDSHEETS YET CAUSE SHE IS ASLEEP BUT I RAN TO THE BATHROOM AND IT GOT ON THE DOOR THE RUG THE FLOOR THE SHOWER CURTAIN, HER SHORTS THAT I WAS SLEEPING IN. I cleaned myself first and then i cleaned the floor the door and stuff but of course, everything i got it on, is white. i threw the rug in the wash but i am so stressed out and completely mortified. what do i do?????
