11 weeks and had to take my unlimited membership down to 8x monthly. I had spotting around week 6 following exercise so I switched from runner to power walking. Doing modifications but now feeling like rowing smashes my stomach.
I had a coach tell me I could still do abs? Thought diastis recti is a thing. 🤔
Anyone continue OTF successfully? It’s hard when you’re not showing yet and were competitive.... having to tone it down sucks!
