Spotting and confused

I’ve got a 26 days cycle and my last period was from 18/06 to 21/06. I had intercourses on 38/06 and 29/06. According to this app, my ovulation day was on 1/07.

Now I started spotting on day 22-24 n it’s just pinkish when I wipe. Day 25 just slight light bleeding to fill just one liner for a whole day and today spotting again.

I’m so confused as I’ve been having slight cramps on lower abdomen since cycle day 22 and twinge that’s comes and goes on the lower left side.

I’ve done pregnancy test all negative. Not sure what’s going on
