I am on my second round of letrozole (Femara) and nearing my fertile window. We haven’t had intercourse for awhile since I was out of town. We had sex this morning and I couldn’t tolerate any positions from behind because it was painful at my cervix. I’m wondering if this is because it’s been awhile since we had sex or if it could be related to hormone changes with the meds? This happened once or twice with my last cycle too, which is why I’m wondering if it’s related to the meds. I’ve been with my husband for 5 years and had several annual appointments without infections and no signs of fibroids or other potential concerns. Thanks!!
