Early pregnancy bleeding ?

2 weeks before my period was suppose to arrive I was having a lot of cramps which isn’t normal, unfortunately 4 days before my period I started bleeding. It’s not so heavy yet like my other periods. I’m also usually a day early or a day late on my period, never 4 days early. 
How much bleeding is normal for early pregnancy?

I had bad lower back cramping 7 days before my period, had spotting the next day and bright red blood that evening when I wiped, the same thing repeated the next day, on day three I woke up with no bleeding or anything on my panty liner, took a test and it was positive! I also had bright red blood when I wiped the day I would of started my period. I have had blood work done twice so far and everything looks great! They said I could of had a broken blood vessel. Two days ago I had a few good wipes of bright red blood, filled up the whole area on the paper where I’d wiped, it trickled off after a few hours, AF is due tomorrow, pretty sure that was implantation
