Question... im in Canada, when I go off mat leave and back to work, does the child benefit remain the same or go down, as I would be making little more income? What is it based off of..

Few months to decide what to do. My heart wants to stay home, but it may not be possible. Theres so many factors.

Currently 3 incomes.. two EI payments a month and one child benefit. My autopac is lower because of not working, so that goes up if I go back to work, I also am paying MAYBE 50$ a month for gas right now, will be over 100 if I to back to work.

Idk it hurts my heart, one year with my baby and then daycare, my weekends spent visiting our parents, since they insist on seeing her once a week. And they cant during the week.
