Nausea? Why? 🤔☹️

Recently within the past 2 weeks out of absolutely no where I’ll get nauseous with no explanation.

First, I must say, I haven’t missed a period, they have been on point, but I am sexually active with the man I’ve been with for 4 years. Although, I don’t think I’m pregnant - I haven’t taken a test.

My nausea comes with and without food in me.

I haven’t puked any and it’s bearable ?? Like I can do things normally, the feeling of it just sucks. But I just don’t really know what’s causing it and why out of no where this started happening.

Any ideas, concerns?

Nothing different in my diet. I haven’t actually puked, but at times I do feel it sitting in my throat. ☹️
