What do I count as CD1? Help! Period after MC

Hey girls - so I suffered from a Chemical on Thursday (7/11) passing a lot of clots/tissue and that bleed out finally ended yesterday. My temps were still relatively high (98.13 Friday, 97.72 Saturday) and this morning it really dropped to 97.30 (thank goodness this is over!) anyways, I noticed “regular” period starting this morning (ie how my period typically starts with some red light flow) and now its a regular period flow. So my question is, do I count today as CD1 or was Thursday ((my MC) the beginning of my bleed out) as CD1? Thank you! 🌈
