I took an emergency pill a month ago (june 12th)

My period was 12 days late but it finally came yesterday. It was light and watery brown at first when i first woke up but then when i got up and started the day it got super heavy and dark and painful. Big blood clots came out in the shower. And when i put a pad on, 10 mins later i checked it and the pad was full and there was a massive blood clot just on my pad it looked extremely bloody. The cramps wouldn’t go away either

This morning the blood went through my shorts all on my sheets too. I went to the bathroom and saw this weird stuff on my pad along with lots of blood. It looked like my guts came out onto the pad💀😭 i didnt know what it was but yh. Im just eating and drinking loads trying to get through this heavy annoying period✌🏾

Could someone tell me what the weird thing was that was on my pad this morning? It literally looked like my guts came out onto the pad..
