Cranial osteopathy

Has anyone ever done this? My daughter seems to cry constantly. Nothing seems to make her happy. I had a rough delivery. Was induced on a Sunday didn't have her until Wednesday and it ended in a c section. She was pretty much stuck and wouldn't come out. I wondering if it's possible that she might be stiff or in pain and that's why she cries so much. She HATES tummy time seems like her arms and neck bothers her when she does it. And she cries A LOT. Most of the day. Just looking to see if there is anything that I can do to help her.
