Positive test , negative blood test .

Has anyone had this happen , I took two test said positive , then I started cramping spotting went to the er and blood test and urine test came out negative .. 🙁😔🤔I was so excited because I had a miscarriage last year but nervous and scared thinking I was pregnant and something was happing to come and see my period was a week and a half late when it’s always in time in point ,, but to see two test come out positive I was so in shock ,, but I guess another time it’ll happen 🙏🏽🙏🏽
