Trying to conceive for 16 months now with 2 rounds of failed ivf icsi 😢 any success stories with low sperm and antibodies?

My husband had a vasectomy reversal 17 months ago and his results are 7million sperm count with 18% mortility. Is there still hope? Has anyone been successful with count this low? ? Is there anything he can take? He has antibodies also 😢 we are at a loss to what to do next. Give up hope?....save for more ivf?....take something to boost sperm?

yes there's hope.  My husband had azoospermia, which mean zero sperm.  Yes zero :/ with the help of clomid he was sooo fortunate to have sperm show up.  It usually doesn't come back.  His very highest count was 1 million which was a miracle for us.  Im pregnant with twins. There's hope! I know its such a hard journey to be on.

My eggs were the problem. But I just wanted to tell you that I had 9 miscarriages tried for years. Failed two ivf cycles with icis and became pregnant naturally I’m 24wks. Round one 5eggs retrieved one fertilized and is frozen. Round two 6 eggs retrieved one fertilized and didn’t make it. When I found stories of other women like this when I was struggling it reminded me that all things are possible. All things are possible for you too! Hang in there! God surprised me after spending all my savings on trying for my baby

My husband has asthenozoospermia, with 1% Motility and changing counts. We were told if we can get the count up enough we can try IUI but our only option for last 4 years has been IVF. Urologist put hubby on antibiotics for a month to see if his count will increase enough for our IUI in November. Praying it works since we can’t afford IVF 💔

We would have been thrilled with a count like that. My husband was an impossible case. Such severe morphology problems and practically zero motility (he has antibodies) that when we did our IVF ICSI (we were in Ukraine) the head embryologist was called in because they thought the entire sample was trash. This doctor found ten, TEN!! quality sperm in there. We had excess eggs. I mean, imagine that - the pain of wasting harvested eggs? They wouldn’t let me freeze them. But we made eight healthy embryos. One transfer three days later, and five years later a FET. Three beautiful children. I’m telling you, it IS possible. I’ve read everything from vitamin C, to antibiotics, to yes, Clomid. But above everything else? A fearless, dedicated team that absolutely won’t quit. That doctor never meets patients and he came right up to me to shake my hand while my legs were in the air post transfer to tell me I’d have children. Until you feel absolutely every avenue is done and you don’t have heart to try anymore? Don’t quit. We didn’t.
