Frustrated?!?!?

My husband and I been thru a lot for the last 18 years. I'm 33 and he's 40. I tried to lay by him tonight and he said holding hands and cuddling are for like 12 year olds. I'm so frustrated lately by trying to be touchy with him he either says I'm sooo tired or I don't want to. I don't get it plus we haven't done either in almost a year. I'm not sure what to do right now. We tried for a baby in 2018 but Aug will be a year that we haven't done nothing sexually but we hug and kiss. I've tried to French kiss other night but says I can't right now. We started a construction business like 6 months ago doing a lot of painting and so on so we are always together. What do you guys think? I need some girly advice? If you are a prayer warrior please pray for our marriage and I really having a hard time lately cause I really want children. He says he does too but I'm confused.
