Is this normal for me to feel this way?

So Friday I gave birth to my beautiful little girl 💕 but since then I have felt like I have a cold (just started feeling this way) my bones are achy, I have a small fever of 100° (I checked baby girl she don’t have a fever) and I’m staying chilled, with a headache. 
Could it be dehydration? I’m breastfeeding rn as well (which is why I checked her temp.) I’m a ftm so I’m freaking out over everything.

Recovery
Id just be on watch and make sure if you do have a cold or anything that you keep baby away for you safely

If you have a sore throat it's important you get antibiotics quickly. I had a sore throat a few hours after giving birth and this went on with chills for days. I ended up back in hospital 12 days postpartum with a strep A infection that was turning into sepsis! All because a doctor misdiagnosed me 🤦🏼‍♀️ all it takes is antibiotics to cure but its vital they are taken as soon as possible. 
It's probably not that and I don't want to panic you but it's always freaked me out how close I was to a very different outcome for me and my family because a doctor told me I was being silly by thinking I had a strep A postpartum. It's so easily sorted with antibiotics when caught early but because mine had gone on for a while I ended up collapsing at home and being taken in by ambulance to have to stay in hospital  and treated there.

It sounds like mastitis. I actually get a low grade fever and feel sick when I have a clogged duct too. Do you have any sore areas on either of your breasts? If your temp continues to go up and you don’t feel better in a day I’d go to the dr.

I went through 29 hours of labor and an unplanned c section and I was FREEZING after. Like I literally had 3 extra blankets on at night. I think it was the shock and trauma my body had gone through. Even though our bodies are made to have babies, it’s super hard. And even 4 weeks pp I will get super cold if I am in pain.

I had this issue and it was mastitis. It was horrible
