4month old boys help!!!!

I have a 4 month old boy pretty vocal most days but lately he has this high pitched cry/scream ? I know he has started to teeth as I can feel little bumps and sharp bits.. I have tried soothing with teething gel, teething toys ,dummy he’s been fed and changed but will have a constant cry all the time :( he is just coming out of his regression/leap or growth spert but I feel like it’s getting worse . He is not in any pain or gassy I’m confused and back to square 1 again !!! Anyone can relate am I doing something wrong or not picking up on anything please help?! :(
