HELP lmao

GUYS i am 28 weeks pregnant and I have hemorrhoids SO BAD. I don’t see my doctor for a while and I forgot to tell her at my last appointment. I honestly think I got them like two years ago and ignored it and they got worse with this pregnancy. my butthole is like... swollen. I bleed after every bowel movement. do home remedies work? I’m terrified I’m gonna have to have surgery to remove it or something but I know I need to fix this problem before I give birth otherwise I’m asking for a lotttt more pain
