One sac, Two Yolks?! Anyone?

Question

Ok so I had an ultrasound today (I’m only just over 5 weeks pregnant) and the midwife thought she could maybe see two yolks in the same sac but couldn’t say for sure.
She didn’t want to say anything, what does this mean? 
Has anyone else had this experience? 
I am freaking out! 
Could it be two babies?! 
Also my HCG went from 600 to 14445 in 3 days?! That’s crazy high.

That is pretty early to for sure be twins. Sadly vanishing twin is pretty common. But you never know I would wait it out and you should be able to see something more clear at your next ultrasound. We just had our identical twin girls in December of last year. Here is what our first scan looked like. And then now! Good luck!

Two yolks one sac are identical twins. :) Good luck mommas. We are currently 35 weeks with identical twins being induced next week. Cannot wait!

Umm thats not that abnormal when ur that high becaue ur hcg doubles or more every 2 ish days so that sounds pretty normal. But maybe seeing 2 yolks... Im not sure lol might just have to wait fir another scan
