Does anyone else’s spot after going #2?????

This has happened to me before in a previous pregnancy (ended in loss) and I’m afraid it’s happening again. Just tried to go #2 and the straining caused there to be a little brown in my discharge when I wiped (from the front) 
Has anyone else experienced this and gone on to have a healthy pregnancy? I had a chemical last month, one a little earlier than that, and have had 3 miscarriages all in the first trimester.

Brown blood is old blood. Probably from implantation. Pink or red is more worrisome.

I spotted throughout my whole pregnancy with my son. It was really scary every time! He is now a happy, healthy 17 month old. But do let your Dr know whenever you have any type of bleeding. That way they are aware and can do any tests or checkups they feel necessary.

I would get checked.. also if you can’t poop don’t force it. I know it may not have anything to it but don’t push to hard just so u don’t hurt yourself.. 
Eat yogurt ! Fibre! Berries I usually had to eat like 2-3 activia yogurt through out the day to help me use the bathroom.
