Yes every body is different and sometimes it takes a long time to go back to zero but you can always go see your doctor and they can run labs to see if it is going down or up, that way you can put your mind at ease and try to look forward. I miscarried at 12w but I didn't test afterwards so I'm not sure how long it took. Best of luck hun and I'm sorry for your loss it's never easy.

Yes it could still be old hcg. Every body is different. Mine took about 4 weeks to leave my system.
