Sleep training books?

Are there any sleep training books fellow moms recommend? 
My almost 6 month old is still waking up 2-3/4 times a night and takes terrible naps. I need help! Lol 
Any input is appreciated! 😊

I didn't purchase any books, but I follow takingcarababies on Instagram and am in the group Respectful sleep training/learning on Facebook. Both have given me lots of insight and I just made my own program up based on the information I read and what I felt comfortable doing with my baby.

We are on night 12 of the ABCs of sleep by Taking Cara Babies. It’s totally changed out sons sleeping habits. He sleeps 10-12 hours each night. I liked her approach and she helps with what to do with naps as well. My husband and I have actually gotten sleep and it has helped so much!
