Gender!!!

How early were you when you found out the gender? I'm 13+2 right now and a local place that does US near me is offering a $50 gender special if you book on a Wednesday starting at 14 weeks so I scheduled for next wednesday and I'll be 14+3! I'm a bigger girl and short lol I'm 260 and 5'4" which I know can affect clarity... I went for my twins at 15 weeks and we were able to tell both were girls at 15 weeks at the same place! :) do you think 14 weeks is to early?!
