What’s this on my baby’s face? It keeps coming back and forth for a week already

Looks like it’s most likely baby acne. It’s incredibly common in young infants. Some people say breast milk helps a lot, so if you’re breastfeeding it’s worth a try. If not, it will go away on its own with time.

My baby has the same on her face. Doctor said it’s mild eczema. Buy Baby Cerave face moisturizer and hydrocortisone 1/2 % it worked wonders on my baby

Probably baby acne. They get it from the hormones in our breastmilk. I put coconut oil on it and made a few dietary changes (had to cut dairy 😭😭😭) and it cleared up. All three of my babies had varying degrees of it.
