Acetaminophen while pregnant?

So I’ve always heard that acetaminophen is safe to take while pregnant and when you look it up online it says that it has long been one of the most highly recommended pain medications drs have recommended for pregnant women, but I stumbled across this article and wondered people’s opinions on it. Is it really safe? Could it be contributing to ADHD, fertility problems, etc.? I have posted the link below to the full article.

As someone who has fibromyalgia, arthritis and herniated and bulging discs in her back, I’m taking the only thing my doctor has recommended as safe. I wouldn’t ever be able to go through pregnancy without it and it only takes the edge off sometimes.
There’s a risk with anything we take. It sucks, but sometimes we just have to take the lesser of the evils and it’s either Tylenol for me or tramadol. I’m choosing Tylenol.

I think the excessive use of any drug can lead to some sort of problem. I like Benadryl but I won’t over take it because I read it can cause dementia? Don’t know how true that is but everything should be done in moderation. I won’t take pain meds unless my pain is unbearable.

I was told to only read articles from reliable websites by my midwife. Nothing that ends in .com because it's not regulated. If your really curious ask your doctor. Google is not a reliable form of information at all.

You could literally take nothing while pregnant and still have a child with adhd. I think it’s fine in moderation
