Tomorrow is the big day!

Ladies!! I finally have my 1st prenatal appointment. I'll be at approx 11w3d. I'm very very nervous!!! This is mine and hubbies 1st baby. Not 1st pregnancy, but I've made it this far with no bleeding. So that's a plus right!??! Not really sure what to expect but peeing in a cup and blood giving lol. I really hope we at least get to hear a heartbeat. Not sure how this works. Nervous of obviously getting negative news...but I want to stay positive!!! Work is going to drag for sure all morning.
