Hit in stomach 4 weeks pregnant

My 4 year old just jumped onto me in the pool totally unexpectedly. Of course I had to catch her, which took my breath away for a few seconds. She jumped on my front, including my stomach and chest which hurt since my boobs are hurting already anyway. I’m worried that I could have a miscarriage from this but know there isn’t anything anyone can do if so. If I do miscarry, would I start bleeding right away? Tomorrow? Any advice welcome and appreciated, thanks.
