TMI possible early pregnancy symptom?

Sorry for the TMI but Is it possible for diarrhea a early pregnancy symptom and why does it happen? I been having my stomach loose since about a week no pain until today and it's not pain just a achy feeling and my stomach feeling all over the place. Am usually a bit constipated before my period that's why I was a bit aware. I am two days late but is not uncommon for me to be a 2/3 days late. Other symptoms I have are I been getting car sick and dizzy, always fatigue and sleepy, somewhat nauseated 😷 and a bit of sore breast today
