Pregnancy ?

My last period was 06/05/2019 I do have irregular periods but for the past 3 months I’ve had a 36 day cycle. Now my app says I’m 6 days late and I’m on CD 42 thinking I might be. Went to the hospital with unusual spotting on the 27th and I did the when did I conceive on google and the pics are below. I tested a few days ago but it wasn’t FMU and it was negative. It’s been 6 weeks since my lmp and the only “Symptoms” I have currently are: Frequently peeing cramps and my boobs ache a little but nothing major?
