Irregular periods after Laproscopy

I had cramping, back pain and irregular bleeding for a year. Had a miscarriage in January, then my periods became regular. I started to get really bad cramps all through the month after the miscarriage. Had Laparoscopy done in May. Was advised I do have endo and was shocked I didn’t have symptoms sooner. Period came right on time afterwards. No break through bleeding etc. however for June and July, started having irregular periods and cramping again. Has anyone experience this after surgery? Its almost like the laparoscopy didn’t improve anything 🤔😩
