Advice please
7 months Postpartum and had 3 periods so far and breastfeeding. I am finding it really difficult painful cramps while breastfeeding, nauseous, loss of appetite, tiredness and baby is very unsettled during the day 😶. I feel like quitting breastfeeding 😢 mood swing is the worst.
