What is going on lol help

So I had sex in May and got my period the day after. I had another period after that. We didn’t use protection but he came in my mouth. And I heard pre-cum can get you pregnant. It’s now July and my period’s late by 20+ days and I push on my lower stomach, near my pelvis where I assume my uterus would be and it feels like a hard ball or a balloon. I took two tests a couple of weeks ago but they both came out negative. I don’t know if I’m paranoid or what but I think I’m pregnant lmao. Help. Please
