Always need deep latch?
Do babies always need a deep latch like they do in the beginning or can their latch become a little more shallow as they get older and are more efficient at nursing? Lately my son will sort of pull back after he’s latched on making it more shallow and continues to nurse just fine and it doesn’t cause any pain for me. He’s gaining perfectly and output is fine so I figured their latch may just become more shallow as they get bigger maybe?
