Low HCG and progesterone?

Question

I took a hcg test and a progesterone test on Monday when I was 3 weeks and 4 days (or 5 days).   My hcg level was 101.0 mIU and my progesterone was 14.0.  Does this seem low??? I know the initial numbers don’t matter, but doesn’t this look like a slow start?

My OB said the progesterone only needs to be high for implantation and the week after, I was nervous because mine dropped when I went and did the 48 hr check to make sure my levels were doubling and she said it was fine!

My hcg was around 57. Different doctors like different numbers for progesterone.

10dpo or 3 weeks 4 day; my HCG was 32.4 and my progesterone was 14.7. 
12dpo it was 78.2 
We didn’t recheck because the OB said these were good.
