I am looking for some advice for my LOs naptime. She is 3 months old. She is great sleeping in her bassinet at night. She usually sleeps from 8:30-4:30am. She may cry for like 5-10 min some nights and then self soothes but falls right asleep other nights.

But naps are a different story. I have started to try and get her to nap in her bassinet at least for 2 big naps out of the day. A mid morning nap and a mid afternoon nap. She will fight it so hard. Maybe cry for 10-15 min (which I hate hearing) then fall asleep for only like 20-30 min. But if she sleeps on me during the day she will sleep for like 2 hours. Any help or advice would be appreciated. I know it takes time and I know I just started but I am headed back to work in 3 weeks so just want her to feel comfortable napping without me.
