Help pls I’m confused

I’ve always spotted 3-5 days before my period and I always feel cold. So my period is supposed to come on the 19th, no spotting whatsoever but saw something like this today when I wiped, nothing else!

Could this be implantation? I’ve been having super sore boobs and af cramps/backaches ever since I ovulated... and my temperature has been 37.1-37.4 almost everyday before this, when my usual temp is around 36.6
