Constipation meds...

I’m curious if anyone knows which medicine is best for severe pregnancy constipation. When I’m not pregnant I already have stomach problems so currently it’s either no poop for a week or runs. And I eat HEALTHY but since taking out my gallbladder am allergic to a lot of high fiber foods because my body can’t process it. So I’m suuuuper scared to do a laxative but I’m miserable. It’s making me even more nauseous. Which makes me take more anti nausea and then get more constipated. 🤦🏽‍♀️ FML
