Rewards?

Ok. So this might sound weird to some but we all have our own coping mechanisms. I have been treating myself each month after I start my period. Whether it be a face mask or painting my nails or having sushi or have some unhealthy food or something...like I might not have succeeded in getting pregnant but I still matter. It’s exhausting to get my hopes up every month and planning something fun might ease the pain a little.

I’m coming up on that time of month again...due any day. What do you do to cope with sense of failure and loss of another month???
