Why are my lips peeling so much?? 😩

I feel like im ALWAYS pulling skin off my lips no matter how much chapstick i use. They always have skin peeling at some point and honestly its very annoying. I used lip scrubs often, and lots of chapstick. Made minimal difference. Anyone have this problem ??

Are you drinking enough water? This happens to me when I don’t drink enough water, eat too much salt, too much caffeine or when the weather gets colder. Also, licking your lips only makes it worse.

Some chopsticks cause peeling, try using vaseline or a medicated chap stick

Mine is because I am constantly under a fan. I really only get relief when I use the blistex intensive moisture repair in the blue tub. I put it on before bed and I am good for the day.

An ex of mine had this problem - he would only drink cola and coffee, and no water, so of course he was always dehydrated. It's not always how much you drink, but what you drink, too.
