Is the crib too high?

Question

I have the spring in the highest position, should I lower it? There is plenty if room on the back but the front is lower. I know baby can’t roll for awhile but is this safe?

All of ours have gone up that high, it’s perfect for new babies. You just lower it to the next setting once baby starts moving a lot.

Will be good for infant stage :) and for after birth so you don't have to bend down as much to pick baby up or set baby down.

Yep, it's fine for a newborn. 
It's more convenient to have high up when you're trying to put them down without waking them so I'd leave it there until baby starts being mobile.

Is it on an angle? 
My husband just put together our crib. I noticed one side was higher than the other. I had to take the mattress out and fiddle with things but now it’s totally even.
