First Ultrasound today!

I went in for my first ultrasound. I thought I was around 10 weeks 2 days but turns out I’m only 8 weeks 5 days! Also I found out I have a cyst. You can see it on the top picture to the right. Does anyone have any guesses on the ramzi theory? Heart beat was 171!❤️ Due date February 21,2020!
