No fetal pole @ 6+4?

I'm 6+4, I went to my OB appt yesterday and had an ultrasound done, they saw a gest sack and yolk sack but no fetal pole. This is my 4th pregnancy (no history of miscarriage) and haven't had this before they've always seen it right away....should I worry?

You’re dates could be off and maybe that’s why they couldn’t see it yet. Did they suggest a follow up?

You're probably just earlier than you thought.  It happens often, I wouldn't worry!
