Intramural fibroid in the anterior interior wall pregnant.

Anybody have any experiences or positive news on fibroid in pregnancy? I have just found out today I have one on my anterior uterine wall. The sonogramer said it's nothing to worry about but reading up online about it says it can cause a lot of problems during pregnancy and it's most likely that I will have to have a C section, I am already a high risk pregnancy due to developing hydroprosis in my last pregnancy and having a perineal episiotomy, and a few years ago I developed sepsis through a kidney infection which nearly cost me my life, I was told by two consultants after the birth of my daughter that I may have to have a C section next time. Has anyone been through this? I am absolutely terrified!
