Insurance perks

I receive state medical insurance and discovered the perks program that they offer. Perk #1 the healthy Dr check-ups. This perk helps when you go on every visit and keep up with it you get rewarded with a Walmart gift card only thing is I'm not sure if you get a gift card very visit and they do an offer where it pays you once I get all the info I will confirm it.

Perk #2 this one gives you discounts on hotels restaurant maybe a rental car just be a member of the program. I can't wait to utilize both perk programs just thought I share❤
