Dress advice

So my husband bought me A very nice dress for my 25th birthday celebration. Its long with a slit & it’s burgundy. I am grateful and I love it except the arms are spaghetti straps. I am so INSECURE of my arms that are fat. I HATE them. I never show them. Ever. Even when it’s 90 degrees. I never wear tanks or sleeveless anything. I always wear long sleeves. I always look at girls with tanks and WISH I could pull them off. This is me in a dress I’d wear with no issue because my arms are covered.. i tried working out for years. Bigger arms just fun in my family with the females. He got me a dress thats obviously more revealing. I am so nervous & thinking about just wearing it and fighting this insecurity of mine that I had since I was like 15.. I use to get made fun of about them & I hated it 😭😭 I just want to feel beautiful & enjoy my birthday in the dress my husband picked that I also think is sexy ! my birthday is August 2nd. I have a couple weeks to build some confidence ladies 😩 seriously.
