Prenatals with vs without DHA? Which one?

I usually get it with, but I can get almost 3x the amount without for the same price. 
I'm not pregnant yet, but with the help of my Dr, I hopefully will be before I would run out of the bottles.

DHA is super important for proper development both prenatal and during nursing. It seems like an odd thing to cheap out on something so important that will have a lasting impact on your child.

DHA is good for brain development and your doctor will recommend it when you are pregnant. Not sure if it is a vitamin that is stored or not. I would get one with to be safe.

DHA? With my first I didn't because I didn't even think about it and he's totally normal. Now with my second I have DHA.
