Good morning everyone I really need to vent so I figured I would talk to you lovely ladies. I received a letter in the mail stating that I have to go to court with my kids grandma (there dads mom) she is requesting grandparent rights and I am completely shocked because I haven’t talked to this lady in months literally and not once has she came to my home or tried another way to contact me. I do have a new number that I’ve had for a few months now and my kids dad have my number if she wanted it. My kids just stayed the night with her not even 2 weeks ago. My sons birthday was June 30th nobody stopped over nobody called sent a letter nothing!!!! So the fact you try to take me to court is so crazy but she is only doing this because I told my kids dad my daughter couldn’t go to Disney world with his mom last week. Do not plan a trip for one child they both need to go and his family comes and get my kids when they want or when they feel like being bothered and that’s not far. She has made plans to get them in the past and never showed up and never called to say she wasn’t coming.
