Debilitating Nipple Pain
For the past month my nipples have ached so muchI’ve cried! They get hard and then the nipple part (not the areola) turns purple with whitish spots. It feels like intense pressure and stinging, as if someone is pinching and twisting my nipples. The only thing that makes it go away is hot compresses, but those have been less effective in recent days.
Anyone else experiencing this? I am 33 weeks today.
