A sign?

I’m 7dpo i know this because I got a very positive opk on a cheapie and I know they say once u got it don’t test but I did. This time I used a clearblue advanced digital and it came back with a flashing smiley I know they say opks aren’t a pregnancy test but I was getting negative opks and then today boom flashing smiley. Could this mean I’m pregnant or am I just trying to hold onto that probably means nothing. I had a miscarriage in February and have found it hard to move on so I’m just worried this means nothing and I’m getting my hopes up for nothing what do you guys think?
