Delusional to have hope?

Question

So we have another ultrasound tomorrow (app says 7 weeks, 5 days). Our HCG Numbers very low, 312, 527, 716 and a yolk sac at first u/s, then fetal pole and small sac at second u/s. Tomorrow is to see if there is a heartbeat. If no heartbeat, then doc says it’s diagnostic that it will be a miscarriage. Has anyone had any success stories with similar low numbers and a small sac?

No luck! No growth or heartbeat. DNC is scheduled for next Friday. whomp.

I am going through the same thing you are . I had an ultrasound 7/5 and heard a heart beat and on 7/16 , while there was growth , no heart beat . I am scheduled for a follow up on Monday . Hcg levels were normal for the time frame but that was the first time my levels were checked , so I have nothing to go by . I am holding out hope . Miracles happen every day . I pray for a good outcome for you .
