Make bosses

I swear I am unlucky. My boss, who happens to be male, is so overwhelming and not sympathetic. We are polar opposites and doesn’t understand how I am adjusting to being a new mom & working full-time. He always brings up that his wife stayed home to raise their children. I always tell him that he is fortunate enough to be able to afford that. We don’t mix well as people & I’ve already began my job hunt to a more family oriented organization or at least somewhere where I am working with understanding individuals.
