Not knowing

So I found out I was pregnant on July 2nd. I have had 5 previous losses. I see a high risk doctor and I'm on 200mg progesterone. I went in to see my baby last Wednesday. Doc said everything looked great. Well I came back this past Monday at 6w2d and turns out the baby had no growth. He saw the gestational sac and the yolk sac but no embryo. He said more than likely I would miscarry again. He gave me a 50/50 shot. He is bringing me back in this coming Monday for another ultrasound. He said if things are still the same then he will do a d&c. I'm heart broken. I really worked hard for this baby.
